These terms govern TollCargo provided by NeuroGround (Petre Gagiu), contact@neuroground.ro. The Customer is the transport company. Drivers use the app as the Customer’s authorised users.
Service
Drivers upload transport documents (CMR, receipts); AI-assisted OCR and statuses help the dispatcher. No public consumer sign-up — activation codes only. OCR is not guaranteed perfect; human review statuses exist.
Acceptable use
Only company-related documents; no illegal content; keep activation codes confidential; revoke lost devices. Do not abuse APIs or circumvent authentication.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, NeuroGround is not liable for indirect damages or third-party outages. Aggregate liability to a Customer in 12 months is limited to fees paid in that period (or EUR 500 if none), except wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law
Romanian law; courts of Romania unless the B2B contract says otherwise.
